We've recently installed and upgraded a boat house property in the Lake District. With full smart home automation equipment including, designer lighting, tv systems, audio and heating. As well as automatic water gates all from the control of your mobile phone, remote control or wall keypad.
Over the past year we have been working closely with a client to design and install their dream smart boat house. Finished with the ultimate smart home technology, this boat house is completed with designer lighting, visual & audio, heating, electric gates and a security system, all with full control from your mobile phone, wall touch screen and voice control.
We fitted a variety of Orluna spotlights throughout the property, all controlled on a Lutron Homeworks control system to create a warm, ambient space to balance out the natural sunlight. Producing a soft glow to match the interior,
With access control on a wall keypad, mobile phone or voice control. Giving you access to dim or brighten them depending on whether you’re watching a movie or cooking in the kitchen.
This state of the art wall mounted tv and audio system create a cinematic feel to your movie experience. Enhancing your picture quality and surround sound.
We installed a 75″ Samsung Frame Tv combined with a Sonos sound arc bar, Sonos sub and Sonance surround sound ceiling speakers. Making your watching experience memorable.
This TV displays ‘art mode’ when turned off, showing Samsung gallery images to create a canvas display, blending into your interior and design to create that luxury feel. You can custom the images to suit your style or to display personal photographs to show family and friends.

Epixx installed and integrated a grade 2 security system. With 24 hour surveillance CCTV Dahua cameras throughout and 2N access controls on all of the doors and electric gates. Giving the client full control and access to their security system on their mobile phone or smart device. Sending live motion detection notifications to alert you instantly.
The electric water gates automatically open from the touch of a button, either from your phone, keypad or hand held remote, allowing you to sail straight out without moving.
These electric blinds were custom made by Somfy motorised blinds and control. We fit two custom made blinds in the front and back of the property and several black out velux window blinds. All controlled and accessed through he Crestron Home control system.
Additionally, we installed the wifi and data to give a fast, stable connection for all of the smart equipment and for your entertainment.
