Built on our passion for technology and keeping your equipment up to date and running smoothly, We introduced Careplan for our customers to unlock unlimited future aftercare and complete annual servicing.
Each year you will be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit your premises and service all of your equipment. Inclusive in all Careplans are the following:
· Annual On-Site Servicing
· 10% cheaper servicing when on the CarePlan.
· Phone support Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm for any Epixx installed system regardless of age.
· Provide a priority on-site service.
· Service charges fixed for a minimum of 2 years.
In an industry that’s constantly rolling out updates to unlock new features of your smart systems, we include remote support as standard to all our Careplan clients.
